Before Painting Operation
The surface to be sprayed, to be rubbed with a piece of tissue
Surfaces should be free of dust, though spraying water and to be left to dry.
Note:
As it is desired to apply paint as a top coat, putty for walls could be applied to
prepare the surface and make it smooth before applying the finish coat.
