This is a special top coat, based on acrylic emulsion, and some special pigments designed especially where luxury finish is required. It blinks and gives shiny, twinkling effect with the variation of light intensity, and angle of view. Also it gives the feeling of VELVET touch and pearl looking for interior application.

The surface to be painted must be clean, pre-prepared through applying the suitable colored sealer.
